Hi all, this is my latest stitch project that I have done. I was pretty mad about it to be honest as it was supposed to be a Christmas themed Ragdoll cat. However, I designed the cat first and then copied him off to the side in my design software, then I added the santa hat to the copied version. I started stitching him from the bottom and then it was time to go and do other things and I left the project for a couple of days. When I came back to pick it up I opened the design on my screen and started stitching from it. It wasn’t until I had done the entire fur area that I realised the design I was supposed to be stitching (Christmas one) was off the screen to the right of the original plain cat. I don’t know how I could be so… I don’t know… forgetful? Anyway, I decided to just finish the normal plain cat and move on in life rather than be bitter about it. So here he is anyway. Both versions lol.

I choose Ragdoll breed as it’s my favourite breed of cat, and I went with the more common seal point fur pattern. Large blue eyes as they mostly have blue eyes but not always. He is not really fat he is just fluffy!

You can use any colours you like for this chart but if you want to use the same as me then see below.

I’ve used the following floss colours:

I wish I had used a brighter pink to be honest. But I’ve linked to the one I used anyway but I would recommend probably changing out the pink for something more distinctive than the light brown.

I was quite happy with my choice of fur colours (above image) I think they depicted a seal point cat quite well. The eye colours I was happy with also, there was a moment or two when I thought there wasn’t enough difference between them but it turned out well.

It’s on green aida as it was supposed to be festive. I got that aida in a bundle from a seller on an auction site so I don’t know what brand or shade it is but it is 14 count.

Here are the designs I hope you like them. And as always this pattern is for personal use please don’t claim as your own and sell it or anything like that. Thank you! Stitch on!

And another photo of the finished project:
